CoralStar is part of the Stellar series bred by Jim Friday in Michgan in the 1980’s. Out of all the peaches we offer, this one I am most excited about. Mid-July ripening, resistant to bacterial leaf spot and canker, with blossom and bud hardiness qualities that are needed in Kentucky with our unpredictable spring swings of temperature. Named because fruit has orange skin with a coral yellow stripe.

Pollination: Self-pollinating and will benefit from other nearby peaches in bloom at same time.
